Our replacement timeline for fishing rod warranties are based on availibilty. If we have delays we may ask if another rod product would be sufficient. If a model is outdated we will update replacement rod to an updated model or closest model. We do not assume any liability for personal or other(s) property damage, lost time, injurys, even manufacturing defects. Pre fishing tackle inspection and proper cleaning, handling and care before, during and after every outing is a must. Please plan ahead and enjoy the outdoors safely.
